We have been very happy to support INORE – International Network on Offshore Renewable Energy Symposium in Zarautz last week!
- Last Thursday, October 13 , our colleagues Maria Alonso Reig, Ander Aristondo and Pablo Eguía joined the technical visit to Bimep with the INORE team. They sailed from Bermeo to BiMEP with the #Hegaluze crew and had the opportunity to see the recently installed HarshLab, our advanced floating laboratory for the validation and experimentation of materials, components and equipment in real offshore environment.
Thank you Ander and Maria for being such enthusiastic guides and REM PLUS Master for making these visits possible!
- On Saturday, Nicolas Michelet from France Énergies Marines, Francesco Ferri from Aalborg University and our colleague Vincenzo Nava have showcased the #DTOceanPlus suite of tools running three use cases prepared also by Donald Noble from Policy and Innovation Group at The University of Edinburgh and Luís Amaral from WavEC – Offshore Renewables. DTOceanPlus opensource software is the main outcome of the H2020 DTOceanPlus project and it was nice to see that the software was used by so many users at the same time!
