We are pleased to announce that the XII Marine Energy Conference will take place in Bilbao, at the Faculty of Engineering Bilbao, on May 27th.

In this edition, the Conference will be held jointly with the Wave Energy Sectoral Forum of the BASQUENERGY Cluster, coordinated by IDOM, bringing together two complementary events into a single, enhanced meeting point for the marine energy community.

The Conference is organised by JRL-ORE and BASQUENERGY Cluster, with the support of Tecnalia, the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU), BCAM and Euskampus Fundazioa.

This joint edition will gather researchers, industry representatives, cluster members and students to explore the latest research achievements, sectoral priorities, ongoing collaborations and emerging opportunities in Offshore Renewable Energy in the Basque Country. By merging scientific, technological and industrial perspectives, the event aims to strengthen dialogue, foster innovation and stimulate new partnerships across the offshore energy value chain.
